A senior who doesn't just scold for mistakes, but patiently teaches how to improve. Creates a friendly and approachable environment where juniors feel heard and supported. Takes care of employees’ needs and always checks in on their well-being. Inspires the team through his humility and professionalism. Makes work feel less stressful and more like a learning journey.

Honestly, hard to find any — such a good boss is very rare. Just wish more people could have a leader like him!
