      Pros

      - Get to work on amazing game titles at the cutting edge of location and AR technology - Everyone is very smart, helpful, and passionate about the products - Since the company is still relatively young you get to have a bigger influence on what gets prioritized and how things get done - Management tries very hard to listen to employee feedback and improve - Company is doing great and on a great trajectory

      Cons

      - Growing pains; not much process and lots of ambiguity around how to get things done but working hard to improve this and have made good progress! - Aggressive goals and deadlines make work/life balance difficult.
