Pros

there is nothing good about working here

Cons

I'm training for a job and we work two days on two days off and they tell me to just sit and watch. How am I supposed to watch when I don't know what I'm looking at. They have 4 shifts when my shift is off the other shift is on 12 hours a day with 4 shifts they could easily work 3 - 8hour shifts plus add a weekend shift on too but they want to kill the people with 12 hours and they expect you to come in on your days off. If you work 8 hour shifts you would get more people to do the overtime plus you would get people to stay working there.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand that working in a fast-paced production environment can be challenging, and we appreciate the long hours and effort that our team members put in, especially during our peak season. We aim to off-set these hectic days and show our appreciation through a variety of supportive initiatives, including competitive benefits, company contests, and a variety of employee perks. We will pass your feedback along to the appropriate teams as we strive to improve daily.

Pros

There are a few good workers left, for now.

Cons

the management doesn’t know what they are doing They fire people who have put absolute hard work in by finding ways to fire them They don’t care about the hard work you put in for them, or the overtime. They won’t have your back, and it’s a very stressful invironment You walk around a concrete floor ALL DAY! And they endeavor to fire you if they see you sitting for just a few minutes after you’ve run around like a mad man/woman for HOURS all the while they observe you working hard… they just don’t care about your well being. You can get injured and they will fire you for being a “liability”. You could get a stratch and your jobs on the line. The hours are grueling long and when you say no to overtime because you’ve already exhausted yourself they will, again, seek to terminate your employment The new manager of line 3 and injection will be the fall of those areas. He started a fight with a female employee his first week( she was breaking records in line 3 and he had her moved to another shift a line because he couldn’t work with her) DO NOT WORK HERE!! The maintenance team is worse! Their manager doesn’t discipline them at all, hours and hours of break time and the operators get fired for an extra 10 minutes through the whole 12 hour shift… DO NOT WORK HERE
