Pros

- water sale, but people need to stop consuming this much water bottles and stop putting all this plastic into the environment. - it is insanely fast paced, so you will be on your own in most projects which will teach you a lot. so basically you can use it as a ladder to gain experience and just move on.

Cons

-There is no improvement or raise if you are not family or best friend to the higher management. - CEO has no idea what is happening in his company as long as it's making money and higher level managers and VPs don't really care about their employees. - most of the managers are surprisingly unqualified and the trainings they offer the managers basically teach them how to fire people so the employee won't sue. - benefits are a joke in Niagara bottling. there's no sick days and PTO is at minimum. Insurance package prices are insanely high. maternity leave is also non existent, you have to apply for fmla. and considering the high work load, employees usually leave after having a kid. - the pay is not decent and last year, the maximum raise was 3% which will be nothing considering how low the wages are. however, VPs get higher bonuses each year so it makes sense why they cut employees raises, to add to VPs' bonuses! -Human Resources is pure evil in Niagara Bottling. there was never a moment that I felt they were employee advocates. - I understand it's a manufacturing company, but the headquarter is literally in the middle of a desert. there's nothing (restaurant, gym,...) decent around it in less than 15 minutes drive radius. I am really happy I left Niagara Bottling. After I left, my improvement speed was much higher comparing to before and as a genuine advice, if you have an offer from Niagara Bottling and an offer from another company, just run towards the other offer!

Thank you for the feedback about your experience. We agree with you that there is always room for improvement and to never settle for status quo which is why we empower our Team Members, departments, leaders and everyone in between to find opportunities to always do better. In regards to pay and benefits, we monitor our total compensation packages every year to ensure we are within the industry range and make adjustments when necessary. The annual merit increases are determined based on performance. We’ve also implemented new training programs for our leaders to support them in the development of their teams. Additionally, we look forward to moving our headquarters to Diamond Bar, CA in the near future with easy access to amenities such as gyms and restaurants. Thank you again for taking the time to share your feedback.

Pros

There are a few good workers left, for now.

Cons

the management doesn’t know what they are doing They fire people who have put absolute hard work in by finding ways to fire them They don’t care about the hard work you put in for them, or the overtime. They won’t have your back, and it’s a very stressful invironment You walk around a concrete floor ALL DAY! And they endeavor to fire you if they see you sitting for just a few minutes after you’ve run around like a mad man/woman for HOURS all the while they observe you working hard… they just don’t care about your well being. You can get injured and they will fire you for being a “liability”. You could get a stratch and your jobs on the line. The hours are grueling long and when you say no to overtime because you’ve already exhausted yourself they will, again, seek to terminate your employment The new manager of line 3 and injection will be the fall of those areas. He started a fight with a female employee his first week( she was breaking records in line 3 and he had her moved to another shift a line because he couldn’t work with her) DO NOT WORK HERE!! The maintenance team is worse! Their manager doesn’t discipline them at all, hours and hours of break time and the operators get fired for an extra 10 minutes through the whole 12 hour shift… DO NOT WORK HERE
