Many very talented contributors throughout the departments. Teams collaborate well to get the work the leaders request in compressed timelines.
Cons
Leadership does not recognize talent. Directors just "mail in" the review process and do not fight for talent that goes over and above what is required. Leaders sign up teams for unrealistic timelines for projects, add scope then cut the budget only to hold fast to delivery dates.
