Cons
Company functionally operates on best practices and operational notices while standards are slow to be updated and are contradictory rather than clarifying. The lack of structure, process implementation, and employee understanding roles and responsibilities is really starting to shine through more as time goes on. Engineering turnover is not so bad but groups that Engineering works with closely sees turnover and it effects the engineer.
