Questionable Leadership Decisions - Anonymous employee NiCE Employee Review

-Seemingly specializes in buying out companies, and keeping what they like and dumping the rest. But swearing up and down every all-hands that isn't the case. -Structure and where we are as a "company" seems to fluctuate monthly. They swear we are "one team" but the individuals from mergers are treated differently. - Promotions seem scarce. There is not a direct path or seemingly any advancement (which tracks if they may drop your team at any given moment). -Feels like your job can go at any minute. Understandable nothing is guaranteed but from overwhelming communication from NiCE then dropped to dead silence is unnerving.
