- Doesn't do merit raises unless you are in the top 1% and then the merit increase is less the 5% regardless of
- Doesn't do any sort of pay adjustment when moving to a completely different position
- They have recently implemented a "bottom 10% doesn't get any kind of bonus" and are likely going to start firing the bottom 10%, the metrics are very vague so it will be easy for anyone to be fired. This is a policy that has been tried at several large companies like Microsoft and all of them abandoned this policy.
- You can be moved to a totally different role with different responsibilities and team with no notice or adjustment to pay.
