      Sales reps avoid - Uk Sales NiCE Employee Review

      Pros

      The product is ok but they are falling behind to competitors and the outages are causing customers to kick off RFPs.

      Cons

      A toxic environment with lots of C players in the leadership team who haven't sold the product before and if you've not hit target for two years, you'll be asked to resign. HR have not released the results of the employee survey for 2 years now which is telling and it's funny how the responses on Glassdoor say 'we listen to our employees survey responses', not true. If you're lucky enough to earn commission, colleagues have told me they have to fight for it too.

      Pros

      NiCE is not only in great financial shape, but also its culture of innovation and inclusion is fantastic. NiCE keeps growing and investing in their employees. There are plenty of opportunities for growth. It is refreshing to see a company that is able to recognize their employees, not only financially with a good salary and benefits, but also in training and recognition. It is also very exciting to see that NiCE is at the core of all the AI innovations, so if you like cutting edge technologies, this is the right place to be! There is always something to learn!

      As the company grows organically and through acquisitions, there are potential challenges of miscommunication or unnecessary processes that are expected for any company at this stage

      High demand on sales performance with low company/management support from engineering, overlays, implementation and customer support
