Pros

you can work from home

Cons

One particular salesperson is a diva. She will make your life miserable if you aren't part of the "in crowd". The management is the worst I have ever seen. It is one big clique.

Thanks for your feedback. At NICE, our "pay for performance" philosophy and focus on internal mobility and growth ensures that strong performers are appreciated and duly compensated. We have many employees who have advanced through multiple roles, irrespective of gender, age, ethnicity, or any other orientations. Additionally, when ContactEngine was acquired by NICE some 2 years ago, the reasons included the remarkable tech that sets the benchmark on Proactive Conversational AI and the brilliant and dedicated team that continue to grow the business today, and who, nearly all, still remain at ContactEngine. There has always been an open-door policy at ContactEngine, allowing employees to ask questions, and receive feedback and insights.

Pros

Position in the market forces the company to evaluate emerging technologies early and often. This creates a great opportunity to build expertise in revolutionary technologies. Unlike many large corporations, NiCE offers an opportunity to learn and participate in areas outside of your immediate job description.

Cons

Diversity of long tenured employees dating back to time as startup and recent employees joining from large enterprises can lead to differences in opinion on internal process transformation. This is manageable, but requires internal selling.
