Pros

A few very competent coworkers.

Cons

Unfortunately, there are lots of cons. Culture is based on favoritism, especially if you're Israeli. There is no diversity. My team is overworked and burning out, work life balance is hard to obtain as many C level executives are workaholic lunatics and if you don't answer an email pronto they get upset, even during the weekend. The pressure is insane with some people working 12, 16 weekends back to back. I'm looking for a new opportunity - the job market is not bad at all - and gave up on Nice. I'm just sorry for my team. I hope to give my notice in a few days.

Pros

Position in the market forces the company to evaluate emerging technologies early and often. This creates a great opportunity to build expertise in revolutionary technologies. Unlike many large corporations, NiCE offers an opportunity to learn and participate in areas outside of your immediate job description.

Cons

Diversity of long tenured employees dating back to time as startup and recent employees joining from large enterprises can lead to differences in opinion on internal process transformation. This is manageable, but requires internal selling.
