      - Reasonable expenses paid without delay - Office is a stone's throw from TFL and National Rail (Blackfriars) - Free bagels once a week. Cakes every few months - Work-life balance can be good if you're not afraid to tell your manager to leave you alone

      Cons

      - Disorganised. Quality of documentation varies by product - If you end up in a team with bad project management skills (which is quite common) you will spend most of your time firefighting and duct taping - No budget for real trainings or salary reviews

      Pros

      NiCE is not only in great financial shape, but also its culture of innovation and inclusion is fantastic. NiCE keeps growing and investing in their employees. There are plenty of opportunities for growth. It is refreshing to see a company that is able to recognize their employees, not only financially with a good salary and benefits, but also in training and recognition. It is also very exciting to see that NiCE is at the core of all the AI innovations, so if you like cutting edge technologies, this is the right place to be! There is always something to learn!

      As the company grows organically and through acquisitions, there are potential challenges of miscommunication or unnecessary processes that are expected for any company at this stage
