      Pros

      Flexibility in schedule when needed. Excellent competitions, events, etc. to keep employees engaged. Innovation is important. Leadership actually wants ideas from employees. The people who work here are amazing! Everyone is dedicated and is willing to help each other out.

      Cons

      No 401k match for Nexidia employees The office is somewhat outdated but is in a great location Communication about the "negative things" is lacking from leadership
