Pros

once in 6 month small outing with small budget Diwali gift etc

Cons

Worked with IFM actimize project more than 1 year. worst exp in entire career. Frustration starts with your local dev setup. you need to beg lot of developers to solve issues. you need to beg for training for their own platfrom as they have own platfrom and need to learn lot things but thing is that you have unrealistic deadlines.. that too you can't decide.. manager will give story point and you need to complete it by his expectations. No one is there to help other. any how I struggled and learnt a lot things of their product management not at all knows the technical things only give story point. suggesting all not to join IFM at least. other teams are pretty good.

Pros

Position in the market forces the company to evaluate emerging technologies early and often. This creates a great opportunity to build expertise in revolutionary technologies. Unlike many large corporations, NiCE offers an opportunity to learn and participate in areas outside of your immediate job description.

Cons

Diversity of long tenured employees dating back to time as startup and recent employees joining from large enterprises can lead to differences in opinion on internal process transformation. This is manageable, but requires internal selling.
