Pros
Having worked at a number of competitors, I'm happy to have found a company run by adults. Even though I focus exclusively on the automation product, it's great to be part of a world-class CX portfolio. NICE is a stable, public company with a solid road-map, industry recognition and a great outlook. Another useful insight, product management has made themselves very accessible when I'm in need of info or help. You don't always get that in sales. And everyone seems to work well together, from sales to product to marketing to customer success. Couldn't ask for more.
Cons
There's a fair amount of oversight and measurement, but that's really only a con if you aren't getting the job done. They're very intense here, but to me that's a pro. It helps me feel like my efforts don't go unnoticed and I'm part of a winning team.
