- Market leader in the call center space and customer experience - Really Nice people that tell it like it is and are always fair and stand by their words - Customer truly respect NICE and it they treat NICE like a large player (e.g. IBM, Oracle, etc.)
Cons
- Cloud strategy is not mature yet but inContact acquisition is a major step forward. - Investment in products follow sales success vs. upfront product investment
