      + Can do attitude of the company, come what may, lets make it happen! + Customer first approach + Fair bit of autonomy for individuals to operate and execute + Tons of employees around who have spent many years with the company, lending credibility to the fact that NICE is a NICE place to work and employees relish the autonomy and motivation to stay. + Family environment at work with co-workers truly caring for each other + Innovative products and acquisitive nature of company implies that many many new areas of exploration are always possible + Strong financial growth and long term incentive to stay + Lateral, upwards, cross-geo moves of employees is encouraged

      - Phenomenal growth of the company is leading to lower CSAT in some cases. -
