Pros

Outside look like good school only. Inside, the system under so much pressure, things cracking

Cons

Left because the IS culture was toxic and demoralising. Promotions and recognition didn’t always go to the people who work. It also felt like those who knew how to say the right things, and build the right relationships with leadership got ahead. Visibility and being close to the leader mattered more than doing work. ARPA and timetable management lacked empathy and accountability. Nobody really wanted to take ownership, very unhealthy culture of gossip and wayang. When certain IS individuals were reassigned to special projects at the Ivory Tower from April 2026, showed that relationships matter more than actual work. Whole culture was very discouraging, very wayang.
