      -My team/boss are amazing -The people are all so incredible to work with -Flexible with personal life emergencies -Great company organization and communication -Paid holidays and generous PTO -Flexibility of working remote -No gray area of what you should be doing on a daily basis

      Cons

      -No 401k match -It's hard to get to know most of my coworkers being remote

      Pros

      Lots of opportunity for improvement. Cool projects to work on and some truly great people

      Cons

      Being on-call because most SQL deployments were not tested and then waking up multiple nights in a row at 4 am. Do not attempt with small children.
