Not so good - Associate Software Consultant Nexwave Employee Review

Interview with nexwave is quite easy to crack.(After all they want more scape goats) You may have to pay some money(Around 20K, they say it's refundable but :D) when you join this organisation and your original certificates. But when you want to leave apart from the money you gave, you may have to address some more money. They simply don't care about you. They only want to loot as much money as possible through resource like you. You won't be paid if you are on bench. Your carrer is fully depends upon the project you work @ client location. They won't communicate anything properly. In a nutshell, you will get fed up with this organisation and with your carreer if you are part of this organisation.
