The environment and work culture is very friendly. Always surrounded by passionate people having hunger to learn and explore. Motivates new talent and gives opportunity to learn and grow. People who cannot perform are given enough opportunities and if the Cake if not worth the candle the management has to make some bold decisions which is fair and it happens in every company. These people then write negative comments here and poison the company.Have you heard of the phrase “Empty vessels make the most noise”? It’s a proverb that means that those with the least talent and knowledge usually speak the most, speak the loudest, and create the most fuss–whatever that makes their presence felt as much as possible.So management needs to get rid of these people.

It would be great if more incentives and celebrations are on regular basis.
