Nexus are an entrepreneurial company keen to grow and develop. I was struck by how Nexus has embraced the latest technology and applications for staff to use in their day to day job. Being a company in the technical sectior I was expecting a good level of technical expertise, however I have been struck at the technical knowhow and ability of the engineers working at Nexus. There is also a lot of investment in staff going on, Technical teams have individual roadmaps of training to aid their development.

At times it can feel a bit silo’d, different departments don’t always collaborate together as effectively as they could. However I can see this changing soon.
