*I got "promoted" in to "AI Engineer" without even asking. Then, they removed the title because "bureaucracy" problems.
*Started with a low payment salary. Last month they wanted to decrease my compensation because of financial issues
*Have been a startup for 10 years and can't get out of it.
*The only product is broken. Over hundreds of production bugs.
