Amazing to have the opportunity to walk into the management level.Lots of material and resources available to help in any kind of project you might be placed on. No shortage of work. If you want work, you got it. Lots of diversity in your work, can pick different roles with different companies. Opportunities overseas. Good benefits available. Can learn a lot in a very short period of time.

Work life balance was a real challenge, extreme expectations on effort.

1. The more I like about my company is General Shift Timings. 2. Taking care of the employee needed. 3. The company is truly awesome place to work in peace for female employee, as I'm also a female working here. 4. Work only on weekdays(5 days) & weekends(2 days) holidays. 5. Incredible team lunch and outing experience. Etc..

Quality can be improved more. I don't think so anything comes to my mind in this topic.
