- Motivated individuals in team - Freshers given first preference than people with good domain experience - a couple of really good programmers that know about the industry
Cons
- questionable leave policy - morale of the team is low - constant change in the product features - no level headed superiors - No HR in the company - micromanagement of top level people - basically recruits freshers and trains them - senior people are not friendly - attrition is very high - team is discontent all the time - co-founders turn a blind eye to the talent of the people - importance/priority given to tasks that are not important - Slow Growth and repetitive work
