Pros
1. Their games are great and famous to work as a game developer especially if u r a cricket fan 2. Timings are flexisible implicitly but still sometimes you need to answer the management for late in timings 3. No politics environment mostly since the organisation does not have more complex structure and team people and even management people are friendly 4. Freedom for ur work. You can program in ur own way no restrictions 5. 5 days work( yet 40% saturdays are working but provided with comp off) 6. Salary is decent with good annual increments comparing all other game companies atleast in chennai 7. Company location is better that one could get enough transportations, food and accomodations(near triplicane)
Cons
1. It is always hectic at app release times that it involves and evolves from extra hours to late nyt stay to saturday working. 2. If there are multiple app releases per month especially cricket season times one will suffer less work life balance 3. Freedom for programming has showed its evil that the project is not well structured and documented that creates frustration for programmers 4. Programmers are soul responsible for entire developement. We had to deal with designers and testers in the middle of dealing program logic thats painful sometimes 5. Work from home was really frustrating that work life balance was really affected apparently bcoz of multiple app releases per month and 12 hours per day working resulted to resignation of multiple programmers 6. No extra events happen in the office (one or two throughout the span of 4 yrs)
