Pros
Some good staff and leaders. They “say” they are progressive. Modern office and technology.
Cons
The benefits are horrible and expensive!!!! Too many “closed minded ” staff and leaders. Tend to base progression on seniority regardless of skill. Bare minimum salary offered without pushback. Management could benefit from training on policies and procedures. Also on local laws. Human Resources could benefit from the same. This is a small company that means well. They erred by employing acquaintances as executives and seem to be loyal to a fault. Favoritism is blatant.
