At Nextus, I have received the support and training I need to be successful. The communication between team members and management is ongoing and I always feel like I have someone to turn to if I need something. I have breathing room to feel trusted to do my job. The room to grow here is apparent and I feel comfortable discussing my goals within the company and my personal life and management seems supportive of those goals offering me feedback on how to achieve them within the company.
