      Pros

      If you have luck you will be in good team and learn from seniors, but the salary is very low!

      Cons

      3 year contract with obligation to pay 6 gross salaries (just to have in mind if you have for example 30 000 denars neto salary, that is 67% of your salary(because 33% goes to taxes and pension funds), so you will have to pay LARGE ammount of money to leave, and you will not be able to leave 3 years!

      Pros

      I used to work on different projects from scratch and had chance to learn a lot

      Cons

      We had huge work load and lot of pressure from the clients. Also we had to support old projects as second line support.
