      Great team, challenging environment, people are supportive, executive room gives room for innovation and taking initiatives

      Cons

      Fast paced, global footprint, pro/private life balance can be a challenge Most executive team is US based (legacy and core market) while now over 50% of employees are outside of the US

      Pros

      Great group of employees. For the most part people are smart and willing to help one another. There are a few bad actors as in any company.

      Cons

      Very old school group of executives who talk a lot about culture but don't seem to really know what that is or what actually goes on day to day in the office.
