      Extraordinarily empowering culture. Your job is as big as you want it to be. Very little micro managing. Benefits are comprehensive and stable. Above average pay.

      Internal processes are minimal and a bit primitive for a company in the heart of Silucon Valley.

      Pros

      Great group of employees. For the most part people are smart and willing to help one another. There are a few bad actors as in any company.

      Cons

      Very old school group of executives who talk a lot about culture but don't seem to really know what that is or what actually goes on day to day in the office.
