      R & D teams seem well managed.

      Lack of direction for production, little to no training, favoritism, unprofessional team lead (management seems professional when involved) and lack of supplies

      OK, pay, decent hours, anyone who’s not management is good to work with

      Cons

      Management is toxic, they favor men, the men talk down on women, they fire you for correcting men, and hurting their egos. What a coincidence that someone reported a man for harassment to HR, and both the complainee and HR got let go.
