If you are in an expansion market then odds are you have a manager that had 3 good months as a business consultant and they made them a sales manager. I knew more than my manager.
Would ask for help and was basically just told “your doing great, there isn’t much to change” then I get placed on a PIP and still no real help. Always cancelling any meeting we actually had scheduled to help.
