Healthcare cost has increased year over year but company is trying to level that out by making some larger changes.

The onboarding is standardized and clear. Managers have very different ways of managing.

Some of the managers are super busy so that the interns won't really get a chance to talk to them. Also, they do not offer sponsorship. Their HR department is not familiar with international students' sponsorship policy.
