This work directly impacted the lives of so many people, and nearly everyone at the company wanted what was best for those interested in NextStep.
Cons
At a startup, work and improvements happen simultaneously, and NextStep was no different. With so many talented people, there were some missed opportunities to allow these bright minds to help steer the company in a better direction more quickly, but it was a worthwhile experience nonetheless.
