Pros

Initial days can feel positive and give a false impression of a decent workplace. Good treatment is given to a very small, favored group of employees

Cons

I am a current employee at NextRow Digital, and my experience has been extremely toxic and disappointing. What initially appeared to be a decent workplace has turned into a bitter and exploitative environment over time. The owner is cheap, purely money-minded, and shows no respect for employees. He openly takes advantage of people and treats only a small inner circle well, while the majority of employees are ignored and undervalued. Favoritism is deeply ingrained in the company culture. When it comes to salary hikes, management plays deliberate games. The owner redirects employees to the VP, and the VP sends them back to the owner, creating an endless loop with no resolution. This tactic is clearly used to avoid fair compensation and accountability. Employees are expected to handle two or even three roles simultaneously while being paid far below industry standards. The workload is excessive, expectations are unrealistic, and there is no regard for work-life balance. The owner’s behavior is extremely unprofessional — including taking employees out for lunch and then demanding reimbursement weeks later. This kind of conduct highlights the lack of ethics and leadership maturity. There is a complete lack of respect for employees. Salary hikes and recognition are not based on performance, but instead go to those who flatter management and engage in favoritism. Overall, this is not a healthy or professional workplace. I strongly advise potential candidates to think carefully before joining if they value fairness, transparency, and respect.
