      Pros

      Upfront about pay and scheduling, very quick to line up work. Managing staff are help and quick to communicate, really appreciated their work. Pay is quick and efficient, and billing issues are solved easily.

      Cons

      Can be demanding scheduling in summer weather, but nothing too bad.
