I've been with the company for several years, and have found it to be a stimulating and caring environment. Employee well-being is a priority, and this is reflected in both the management culture and the initiatives put in place. I've been able to develop professionally, take on responsibilities and be recognized for my work. In terms of remuneration, salaries are competitive and in line with the market, which is a real plus.

The premises are pleasant, but could be modernized in certain respects. Similarly, some tools could do with updating to boost productivity.
