- The long tenured staff here are supportive and competent - Great "resume builder" for software and tech. individuals - Outside of benefits, compensation packages, & career opportunities, I would rate this place as 1-2 stars out of 5.
Cons
- Company politics in this company are irrational & mind boggling. - The general interactions within the company are terrible, the Directors & Leaders are egotistical and act like the world owes them something. - This company will use "layoffs" in order to avoid any possible law suits and only worry about operations and not the actual employee. - For a "public" company, their organizational infrastructure is a mess. New hires are often left with dealing with archaic systems and cleaning up after previous management.
