NextNav is a fast-growing company with a great culture! The engineering team is also great! The technology they work on is new and very interesting. Management team is always open to hear and behaves respectfully! SVP engineering is very knowledgeable, humble, and one of the nicest supervisor I've ever had. HR team and specifically the people-operation director is very friendly, strongly helpful and supportive even if you decide to leave the company! Payment is well, and there is a deterministic system for performance evaluation, bonus and annual salary rise! Flexible hours is also a great benefit!
Cons
In my case, remote work, but it can be a benefit for other ones! The communication between engineering team needs to be a bit faster and more frequent!
