      Pros

      I have worked at NextMed for nearly 7 years and can honestly say that I do no want to work anywhere else. During these times of economic uncertainty due to COVID-19, millions and millions have found themselves without work and are suffering financially. But, not one person at NextMed has been laid off, or had a reduction in hours or salary. The majority of us are sheltering in place and working from home. And, ALL OF US, have consistently maintained our lifestyles due to the caring nature of this company's leadership. We are truly a family and I have great pride in that!

      What negative thing can be said about a company that has had a serious drop in revenue for months, but has continued to pay each and every one of it's employees?

      The one positive aspect is that they offer competitive pay.

      Cons

      Management is unprofessional and inappropriate with employees. There are threats and talk about getting rid of employees with no notice. They pretend to care and have concern at times, but in all actuality they have very little of either. If you want to work somewhere that gossip runs rampant and that your job is not secure, this company would be a fit. The negativity and lack of care is detrimental. The expectation of employees to put their job before family and self is evident at this company.
