Pros
As a consultant in the banking industry, NextLink is merely a payroll company for me. The payments are on time (but half of my pension contributions are missing and I am afraid this could bring to a legal dispute if not promptly solved by NextLink). I cannot enlist any advantage of working with NextLink. My contract is about to expire and I will not renew it but rather look for another provider.
Cons
It is extremely difficult to communicate and get any answer or support from NextLink. They tend to make a mistake each time there is any paperwork involved and then it is quite hard to get them correct it. Other times they are late, I got my Salary Certificate for 2018 only in May 2019 and that's after countless emails and calls to urge them to send it! Worst of all NextLink is not able to explain why half of my second pillar retirement contributions are missing for 2018, and again this despite me chasing them for months and months due to the fact that I have spotted pension fund contributions inconsistencies in their pay-slips. In short, I strongly recommend to stay away from NextLink.
