The only pros was that they were offering remote job but later changed that to in - office setup

There are only cons- 1. The founders have doesn’t have humanity, they consider employees like slaves. 2. The company only has 25employees very small team size(even if sales team is bigger than rest teams) everyone is an individual contributor 3. The founders will make you work everyday and after working hours too, sales team had week offs one monday but even on monday i was askex to work and full day. 4. The founders way of talking is very poor, they’re very vulgar and unprofessional with the employees. They dont take any feedback from employees, if anybody is facing a problem also they wont care they will just complain. 5. There’s no appreciation, they do not follow any appraisal cycle.. i worked for 2 years and had no hike or appraisal, they later gave a hike of 3000 and said this is all we can do even when the company is making good profit. 7. Dont believe on whatever they tell you during interview, bcs they will make you do random works and hive you random tasks and expect you to call random learners and keep changing your job again n again.
