Pros
Other than getting unlimited PTO, and hiring people that can ban together for mistreatment there are no positives to this company.
Cons
Senior leadership treats associate employees with no respect. I was told that I would get training and be able to grow my career quick within the company. None of that happened. I basically got a desk where I was asked to make calls to Health Plan headquarters to see if I could get anyone of "importance" on the line. No strategy and no roadmap for success. I was also ask many times to make coffee or run an errand when it was not apart of my job.
