- Very poor direction given by individual managers and management as a whole. - Absolutely no route for development unless repeatedly pushed by individuals. - Work is incredibly imbalanced with many moments of doing nothing followed by great waves of requirements. - Big projects were always vetoed, even during times when there weren't any other things to work on. - Large requirement loads passed down by the leadership team with little understanding of how to development them and without much input from the engineering team, especially when it came to timelines. - Knowledge silos everywhere. - No performance evaluations. - No on boarding process.
