I joined HeBS Digital immediately out of Graduate school. It has since been over year and I am happy to say that I love the work that I do, the people I work with, and the environment I work in. HeBS is the leading company and innovator in the hospitality digital marketing space and presents great opportunities for anyone seeking professional growth or is specifically interested in hotels, travel and tourism, and digital marketing. To be part of a company that is fundamentally changing the way hoteliers think about technology and the digital space is phenomenal. Every day is a challenge and I am constantly learning new things.
Cons
With a rapidly growing company, I often wear many hats and have a multitude of responsibilities. At times I can feel stretched a little thin. However I see this as more a Pro than a Con. As a young professional looking to advance my career the opportunity to engage with a variety of teams, handle different projects, and work under pressure is exactly what I need.
