Cons
1. Here they won't have any development process. You should work according to their deadline, not yours.
2. In case if you have a chance to plan the tasks & deadline, sure some additional task will be added without any official emails and sometimes they will says like "Already i have told you about this, but you didn't understand" (This feels like childish).
3. If you're talented, you won't get any good positions like TL. If you want, you need to be flexible with Manager.
4. You need to work 24/7. If you're working 24*7 without any rest they won't mind it. They won't consider employees health/rest.
