      Pros

      Remote work seems to be the norm, and gifts are generous.

      Cons

      There seemed to be some excitement about the future of this company, but lately it feels stale, old, and a little out of touch. The benefits are not keeping up with the times and the leadership isn't very engaging. Lately things feel like Groundhog Day, which can be nice, but not if you're looking to grow in your career. I know the company's primary goal is to sell. That's no secret. So NextGen feels like a place where people springboard to better opportunities.

      Pros

      Work at your own pace. Work on what you want to progress in.

      Cons

      Not much of guidance on what you should work on if your mentor is not in a role you want to work up to. If you want to work in cloud services and your mentor is an engineer they kind of wont have anything to help you with. Also since this company is larger built on government contracts, if you do not have a clearance, which you likely wont, this is not many projects if any that you can get real world experience. It is just mainly self learning through courses on LinkedIn learning
