      Pros

      NextDeavor is backed by very intelligent leaders of the staffing industry. Utilization of AI sourcing tools that are game changing.

      Cons

      NextDeavor compensates on a commission draw and they operate on 3 main accounts. Each account competes with 10+ vendors all trying to fill the same positions. On a “good deal” with their top account, you will make about 2.50/ per hour on your hire.

      Erick hired me and the process was very smooth. They are very professional and they offer a salary as per the market rate. I was happy with the overall experience and highly recommend them.

      Pros

      You'lll never have to work in an office, if you enjoy working fully remote then this is for you. They are BIG on Mental Health, Work-Life Balance & Having Fun! And they really make an effort for their employees to help as much as possible. The partners are all involved and care deeply about their employees 10/10 would recommend working here!

      There isn't an office to work out of it is fully remote.
