Pros
Excellent locations. Variety of AV jobs to do. The employer, Joy, is pretty cool. She doesn't always have openings but they pay on time and without a fuss. Small business on the rise. Most of the location managers are very cool people. You get to work with a lot of really awesome guys with video and audio backgrounds.
Cons
Small business so work is seasonal and not steady. More of a supplemental thing for freelancers. As a freelancer you won't get perks like free office coffee or benefits. Does not appear to have many female applicants, but I don't know if that is that the biz is still growing or that the work isn't steady. More just something I noticed.
